I rarely send Google Reviews, but felt compelled to do so now. We are moving into a new home in Palm Beach Gardens and chose Definitive to install our entire home TV and WiFi sound system, landscape lighting and outdoor speakers. WOW is an understatement. Connor knows his stuff. He is on point and has been responsive and a class act every step of the way. Chris and Artie installed one of our televisions yesterday. They were both extremely knowledgable and it was clear they take great pride in their work. It is a pleasure working with the Definitive team.

Our experience with Definitive Electronic was quite positive and the end result was exactly as we desired. From the sales team and our guy Tom to the service operation manager Kevin Barr right down the service techs who came to our home, they were all professional, courteous, listened to any concerns we had and addressed them in the highest degree of professionalism. We had two television mounted and set up and we are pleased with the outcome. I would also say that if you have even more complex needs us then I do think these are your guys as the service techs were very very knowledge and had a high level of expertise. We will certainly be calling Definitive again for our needs.

Definitive Electronics is a fantastic choice for a low-voltage contractor. Their technicians are highly competent, courteous, and excellent at explaining complex technology to clients. Dan and Tim were just at my house and I can’t express what a phenomenal job that they did. Jason is an outstanding tech. He knows his security camera/DVR technology cold from installation to programming. He also is patient and supportive explaining how everything works and how to use the system to best effect. I highly recommend Jason and Definitive Electronics.

Matt was great to work with; he helped us integrate a previous system into our current system that we use and did an amazing job. He also helped bring new systems & equipment into our current platform which was very helpful. Prior to our install Matt & his team ran everything that we needed to get the job done prior to our arrival. Matt's communication and awareness of what we needed was top notch.

Matthew Ray with Definitive was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to diagnose my chronic Internet problems, and educated me about many things including suggestions on how to lower my $450 Xfinity bill. Most of all he worked directly with the Comcast technician at my house when all the TVs were out and this prevented me from making many phone calls to Comcast that would only cause many headaches. Had some speakers installed as well as some remote control blinds. The owner Don was very friendly and Brian and billing with the extra mile to explain everything that needed to be explained. The installer Ken is second to none. He even put batteries in my remote control.!
