Executive:
Jason Boshoff is the CEO of Definitive Electronics, bringing over 20 years of experience in scaling companies and driving organizational change. Known for his innovative strategies and focus on customer satisfaction, Jason excels at building high-performance teams and navigating complex business environments. He is married with five children and enjoys golf, baseball, sports cards, and surfing.
Don Dixon is the President and co-founder of Definitive Electronics, with more than 35 years in the technology industry. Since founding the company in 1999, Don has built a reputation for integrity and visionary leadership, guiding Definitive’s growth and brand recognition. He specializes in business strategy, client service, and technology integration.
Sales & Business Development:
Brian Hann serves as Director of Sales and Business Development at Definitive Electronics, offering over 30 years of industry experience and 17 years with the company. Renowned for his client-first approach and strong customer relationships, Brian is a devoted husband who enjoys martial arts, football, and fishing.
Tom Samuelson is a Sales Consultant with over 30 years in home system design, serving clients throughout Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. A United States Air Force veteran from Buffalo, NY, Tom is known for his client-focused solutions and personable style. Outside work, he enjoys drumming, fishing, traveling, and golfing.
Jacqui Morales is a Business Development Executive at Definitive Electronics, recognized for her networking skills and passion for building strong business relationships. She is a dedicated mother of two and a health and fitness enthusiast who enjoys supporting her children’s sporting events.
John Jackson is an accomplished executive and sales leader with expertise in building high-performing teams and long-term client relationships. Experienced in all phases of the construction process and solution sales, John excels at designing seamless technology experiences and solving complex challenges.
Service Management and Operations:
Kevin Barr Jr. leads Service Operations at Definitive Electronics with a customer-obsessed approach and a drive for continuous improvement. Known for his energy and strong communication, Kevin is a proud father of two, married to his high school sweetheart, and enjoys staying active with his family.
Chris Romine is the Service Department Manager, bringing 39 years of experience in low voltage electronics, IT, and operations. He is dedicated to client satisfaction and innovative problem-solving. Chris holds a B.A. in Business Management and enjoys beach volleyball, surfing, travel, and lifelong learning.
Project Management and Operations:
Ken Wright is Director of Project Management, offering over 20 years of experience in technology and project management. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative leadership, Ken specializes in residential, commercial, and marine technology solutions. He enjoys exploring new technology and spending time with his family.
Robert Glucksman is an expert in audio, video, and automation solutions with over 20 years of experience. He has led numerous successful installations for residential and commercial clients, delivering innovative, high-performance systems tailored to client needs.
Connor Dixon is a Project Manager specializing in landscape lighting design, with nearly seven years of experience and certification from the American Lighting Association. Skilled in prewires and complex project management, Connor enjoys hunting, barbecuing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
Engineering and System Design:
Luis Archila is Senior Design Engineer at Definitive Electronics, specializing in custom home automation and integrated technology. With over 20 years of industry experience, Luis leads projects from concept to completion and is dedicated to client satisfaction. He enjoys fishing, beach outings, and coaching his son’s Little League team.
Chad Henry is a member of the Engineering team with over 15 years in home automation. Certified in Crestron, Control4, and Lutron, Chad is known for his expertise in lighting design and system programming. He enjoys traveling, surfing, and collecting sneakers, and lives with his girlfriend and their Yorkie.
Joshua Pressley is a system design expert and project estimator, passionate about delivering smart technology solutions for homes and businesses. A dedicated husband and father, Josh is an avid skateboarder, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast.
Glenn Zavitz is System Design and Lead Estimator, overseeing low-voltage systems design and project management for luxury clients. With over 15 years of experience and multiple certifications, Glenn is known for his technical expertise and commitment to quality.
Finance and Administration:
Silvestre Melo is the Controller at Definitive Electronics, known for his servant leadership and passion for financial clarity. He excels at transforming complex challenges into actionable solutions and enjoys soccer, history, movies, and spending time with his family and two dogs.
Kelly Dixon is People and Finance Manager at Definitive Electronics, having worked in nearly every role since 1999. Her hands-on experience supports both company finances and team culture. Outside work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her two grandchildren.
Kimberly Field is the Administrative Assistant and Office Manager, with over 20 years of experience supporting teams and departments. At Definitive since 2018, Kimberly enjoys traveling, the beach, music, and spending time with family and friends.
Warehouse and Purchasing:
Keith Reimer is Warehouse & Purchasing Manager with 30 years of experience in warehouse and distribution, recently transitioning from foodservice to AV. He and his wife have three children and one grandchild, and enjoy relaxing at the beach or poolside.
