Jason Boshoff is the CEO of Definitive Electronics, an experienced leader with over 20 years of scaling companies and driving change. He is recognized as an agent of change, adept at restructuring organizations, implementing innovative strategies, and fostering high-performance teams to achieve growth in competitive markets. Jason’s leadership is rooted in his relentless focus on customer satisfaction and his ability to navigate complex business environments. He is married with five children and has a passion for golf, baseball, sports cards, and surfing
Don Dixon, Definitive President and co-founder. Don Dixon is the President and co-founder of Definitive Electronics in Jupiter, Florida, with over 35 years in the technology industry. Since founding the company in 1999, he has built a reputation for integrity, reliability, and visionary leadership, guiding Definitive’s growth and brand recognition. Dixon’s expertise spans business strategy, client service, and technology integration, and his client-focused approach sets the standard for the company’s continued success.
Tom Samuelson is a seasoned Sales Consultant at Definitive Electronics, with more than 30 years of experience in the home system design industry. He serves clients throughout the Palm Beach area and the Treasure Coast, delivering proven designs and system integrations that consistently meet or surpass client expectations. Samuelson is recognized for his client-focused approach, ensuring solutions are tailored to the specific needs and desires of his customers without resorting to aggressive sales tactics
Originally from the Buffalo, NY area, Tom is also a United States Air Force veteran. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an accomplished drummer, an avid fisherman, enjoys traveling, and relishes the pursuit of the elusive birdie on the golf course during sunny days. His broad expertise and personable style have made him a trusted advisor for clients seeking reliable and innovative home system solutions in South Florida.
Luis Archila is a Senior Design Engineer at Definitive Electronics in Jupiter, Florida, specializing in custom home automation and integrated technology solutions. With over 20 years of experience in electronics and systems integration, he leads the design and implementation of advanced audio-visual and automation systems for residential and commercial clients. Luis oversees projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
Previously, he held roles including Audio-Visual System Designer at Power Design, Inc., System Design Engineer at Concord Marine Electronics, Engineering Manager at Intelect Integrated Electronics, and CAD Draftsman at Media Control Technologies15. He holds a degree from Keiser University–Ft Lauderdale and is recognized for his technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction.
Based in Port Saint Lucie, Luis is dedicated to his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, beach outings, and coaching his son’s Little League team
Silvestre Melo is the Controller of Definitive Electronics and sees himself as a servant leader who views finance as more than numbers—it’s about shaping the company’s future. Passionate about financial clarity, he transforms complex challenges into actionable solutions. A trusted partner in financial transformation, Silvestre thrives on data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement, working closely with the CEO to support strategic growth.
He and his family share their home with two beloved dogs. He has a deep passion for soccer, history, movies, and, of course, his four-legged companions
Jacqui Morales is a Business Development Executive at Definitive Electronics, bringing several years of experience in business development and sales. Passionate and results-driven, she excels at networking and fostering strong relationships with business partners. Outside of work, Jacqui is a dedicated mother to her 12-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter, often attending their sporting events. She is also an avid health and fitness enthusiast
Brian Hann is the Director of Sales and Business Development at Definitive Electronics, bringing over 30 years of industry experience and more than 17 years with the company. He is known for building strong customer relationships and driving the company’s reputation for excellence through a client-first approach. Outside of work, Brian is a devoted husband who enjoys martial arts, football, and fishing
Chad Henry is currently part of the talented Engineering team, with over 15 years in home automation. He is certified in Crestron System Design, Control4, Crestron & Savant Programming. lighting design is one of his strong points and holds certifications in CLD, SHINE & Lutron. Chad is a proud Cal State Fullerton alum who swapped California’s dry heat for South Florida’s humidity. When he’s not making homes smarter, you’ll find him traveling, surfing, tearing up dirt trails, or pretending to strike it rich in crypto. A self-proclaimed sneakerhead, Chad’s shoe collection is almost as impressive as his resume. He’s been with his amazing girlfriend for eight years, along with their 3-pound Yorkie. Chad enjoys keeping his bosses on their toes—but only because he’s always chasing the next big innovation.
Chris Romine is the Service Department Manager at Definitive Electronics, bringing 39 years of experience in low voltage electronics, electrical systems, IT, and operations. Known for his dedication to client satisfaction and problem-solving, Chris specializes in innovative solutions and building strong relationships. He holds a B.A. in Business Management from Graceland University. Outside work, Chris enjoys beach volleyball, surfing, travel, and lifelong learning
Connor Dixon is an experienced Project Manager specializing in landscape lighting design, with nearly seven years in the industry. He holds certification from the American Lighting Association, demonstrating his expertise in energy-efficient and innovative lighting solutions. Connor is highly skilled in prewires and managing complex projects, combining technical knowledge with strong leadership abilities. Passionate about advancing his career, he aims to climb higher in management by expanding his knowledge and skills. Outside of work, Connor enjoys hunting, barbecuing, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with his family, reflecting a well-rounded and dedicated professional both on and off the job.
Kelly Dixon is People and Finance Manager at Definitive Electronics, where she’s worked since 1999 in nearly every role. Her hands-on experience gives her deep insight into the business and its people. Kelly supports both company finances and team culture. Outside work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her two grandchildren.
Hi, I’m Kevin Barr Jr, and I’m all about people. In Service Operations, my focus is simple: obsess over our customers and make sure they get the kind of service I’d want for my own family. I bring energy, strong communication, and a constant drive to improve—because there’s always a better way to do things, and I’m here to find it. I’m a big believer in showing up and giving 100%—at work, at the gym, and at home. I’m a proud dad of two amazing kids and married to my high school sweetheart (yeah, we’re that couple). Whether it’s solving service challenges or running alongside my kids, I’m always in motion and always aiming higher.

Jay Nichols is a programmer with Definitive Electronics, with over 25 years of experience creating scalable & repeatable programs. Jay is married with 2 children and enjoys music, movies, and spending time on the water.
Ken Wright Director of Project Management Ken Wright brings over 20 years of experience in technology and project management to his role as Director of Project Management at Definitive Electronics. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative leadership, Ken ensures every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and marine technology solutions, making him a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Ken enjoys exploring new technology and spending quality time with his family.
Joshua Pressley is a system design expert and project estimator at Definitive Electronics in Jupiter, Florida. A dedicated husband and father of one, Josh is passionate about delivering smart technology solutions for homes and businesses. Outside of work, he’s an avid skateboarder, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping and exploring nature.
Glenn Zavitz is the System Design and Lead Estimator at Definitive Electronics in Jupiter, Florida, where he oversees low-voltage systems design and project management for luxury residential and commercial clients. With over 15 years of industry experience, Glenn specializes in systems integration, project leadership, and client relations.
He holds degrees in Accounting (Florida Atlantic University) and Finance (Barry University), along with certifications from CEDIA, ISF, Savant, Control4, and CLD Global. Known for his technical expertise and commitment to quality, Glenn ensures every project meets the highest standards of innovation and service.
